Main focus:Lindsey Sampson is the Director of the Lee County Florida Solid Waste Division. He has held this position for thirteen years and has been employed by Lee County for 19 years. Mr. Sampson served as the County's project manager during the permitting and construction of the County's WTE facility (1991 - 1994). He has over 26 years experience in plant engineering and project management. Mr. Sampson has a BS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is a Florida Registered Professional Engineer.
